This review is from: Slipstick CB650 Heavy Duty Non-Slip Bed Risers for Under Bed Storage, Chocolate (Kitchen) These were the worst product ever! I had to replace my old bed risers (which were wooden and fantastic) after my puppy found they were a fun thing to chew on and I figured since these were “heavy duty” they would be a good replacement………WRONG!!! When we put them under our queen sized bed and my fiance climbed on the bed to watch some basketball that afternoon I heard a huge crash as two of them shattered. I would NEVER EVER EVER buy this product again had I known how bad it would turn out… I just wish I could get my money back!!! …And I know what most of you are thinking, but no, my fiance is not a “large man” – all 160 lbs of him was able to crush two of these “heavy duty” risers – I’m just glad we both didn’t get on the bed – all four of them probably would have gone ka-boom! They raised our bed high enough that I almost had to jump on it to get in bed. It took some getting used to. I have no idea how my husband got this set up without me. I tried to adjust the bed position in our room and had a very hard time moving these myself on a queen sized bed on carpet. Then a few days later, I noticed that one of the risers was a little tipped/crooked. So I tried to adjust it and it toppled over and broke the bottom lip of the riser.These do seem very sturdy (except for breaking when not on the flat edge). They will stay in place well if “installed” properly.My husband and my combined weight is about 550lbs, we’re both heavyset. These hold up just fine.
